Dallas AI Company was founded by Jason Baird, a web developer and digital entrepreneur with years of experience in web development and digital marketing — all in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. What started as a career in building websites and running digital campaigns evolved into something bigger when Jason noticed a consistent pattern: local businesses were curious about AI, but completely unsure where to start. Jason works alongside Tom Sadler, V.P. of Sales, who brings over 40 years of marketing and sales experience to client strategy, partnership development, and business growth.

Tom is a Vietnam Veteran who has over 40 years of marketing and sales experience. Before developing Tom Sadler & Associates and working with Dallas AI Company, he spent 15 years in the real estate and building industry and owned a printing company. Tom currently serves on the board of the Dallas Builders Association and the Texas Association of Builders. He uses his experience and connections to provide his clients with dedication and support.

The big AI vendors were pitching enterprise contracts. The national agencies were offering generic solutions that didn't account for how business actually works in North Texas. And the technology kept moving faster than most business owners could track. There was a real need for someone who understood both sides — the technical and the local — and could translate one into the other.

That's why Dallas AI Company exists. The mission is straightforward: make AI accessible and practical for businesses that don't have enterprise budgets, enterprise IT departments, or months to wait for results. We build things that work today, for real businesses, right here in DFW.
