The Basics
What Is White-Label AEO?
White-label AEO is when your agency sells AI search optimization to your clients under your own brand while a specialist partner does the fulfillment behind the scenes. You own the client relationship, the pricing, and the reporting; we do the citation testing, schema implementation, content restructuring, and monitoring, and deliver it in your template.
The demand arrived faster than agency capacity. AgencyAnalytics surveyed 494 agency professionals in early 2026 and found two in three agencies say AI search and AEO is the number one service their clients are asking them to add — ahead of performance-based paid ads and short-form video, and the sharpest service-category shift they've recorded in five years of publishing the report.
But almost nobody has productized it. Gander AI's Q1 2026 practitioner survey found that of 14 agencies doing GEO work, only three had a formalized, separately scoped and separately charged GEO product. The rest folded it into existing SEO retainers as an unpaid value-add. Same work, no new revenue line.
The same AgencyAnalytics data explains why: 64% of agencies name Google's AI Overviews as their top industry concern and 59% say LLMs are already disrupting their SEO strategy, while only 11% cite AI search as an active source of new business for themselves. Agencies see the shift, feel the threat, and haven't yet turned it into billable work.
White-labeling closes that gap without a hire. You sell into demand you already have, quote from a known wholesale cost, and start delivering next month instead of spending two quarters learning schema, building a citation-testing process, and figuring out how to report on a channel with no ranking metric.
You keep:
- The client relationship and all communication
- Your brand on every report and deliverable
- Your retail pricing and your margin
- Contract and billing with the end client
- Strategic positioning and the upsell path
We handle:
- Five-engine citation testing and baseline reports
- Schema design, implementation, and validation
- Answer-first content restructuring and FAQ build-out
- Crawler access, rendering, and technical AEO fixes
- Monthly monitoring and white-labeled reporting

The Business Case
Why Add AEO as a Service Line Now
AEO is in the window where demand exceeds supply — clients are asking, budgets are being allocated, and most of your competitors are still bundling it in for free.
Budget is already moving at the top of the market. Conductor's 2026 State of AEO/GEO report surveyed 250-plus enterprise CMOs and senior digital leaders and found 97% reported a positive funnel impact from AEO in 2025, 94% plan to increase AEO investment, and enterprises allocated an average of 12% of digital budget to AEO. Mid-market clients follow enterprise budget patterns with a lag — which is the lag you want to sell into.
The ROI story is easy to tell because the traffic quality is genuinely better. Conductor's data found LLM-referred visitors convert at roughly twice the rate of traditional-channel visitors, in about a third of the sessions. Ahrefs published similar directional findings from its own site: AI-search visitors were 0.5% of traffic but 12.1% of signups.
And client behavior is shifting in a way that makes the pitch land. A Clutch report found 69% of AI-assistant users now use Google less than they used to, and 32% turn to an AI tool first for information versus 28% who still start with Google. Separately, Clutch and Conductor found nearly 25% of marketers say LLMs are now the primary audience for a majority of their content — 32% among enterprises (Clutch, 2026).
On economics: across independently operated white-label pricing guides, the commonly cited healthy band for reselling search work is a 40–60% gross margin, typically from a 50–150% markup over wholesale fulfillment cost. Treat that as informed industry consensus rather than a single survey figure — but it's the range most partner programs are built around, and it's the range ours supports.

Partner Fit
Which Agencies This Works For
We're a small, technical team in Dallas — not a fulfillment factory. That shapes who this partnership suits and who it doesn't.
- Web design and development shops — You build sites, clients ask about AI visibility, and you don't want to staff a search specialist. We layer AEO onto sites you've already built, and we can work directly in the codebase or hand your developers a clean implementation spec.
- Advertising and creative agencies — You own brand and campaign work and get asked search questions you'd rather not answer. We become the technical half of the answer while you stay the strategic voice in the room.
- SEO agencies expanding into AEO — You already sell search and know roughly 80% of the practices overlap. We fill the AEO-specific 20%: schema depth, five-engine citation testing, extractability restructuring, and reporting on a channel with no ranking metric.
- Agencies with one big client asking for it — Sometimes it's a single account driving the request. Start with one site, see how we work, then decide whether to productize it across your book.
- Not a fit: pure volume resellers — If you need fifty sites a month at the lowest possible cost, we're the wrong partner. We're the wrong partner for guaranteed-placement promises too — no one can guarantee AI citations, and we won't let you sell that.
- Not a fit: agencies wanting us hidden and unaccountable — We'll stay entirely behind your brand, but we need enough access to the site and enough clarity on what was promised to actually deliver results.
The Work
What We Deliver Under Your Brand
Every deliverable ships in your template, with your logo, ready to forward to the client. Nothing we produce mentions Dallas AI Company unless you want it to.
- White-labeled AEO audit — Five-engine citation testing on a query set built from the client's category and competitors, schema and rendering gap analysis, crawler access verification, competitor citation benchmark, and a prioritized action plan. Delivered as a branded document you can sell as a standalone paid deliverable or use as a closing tool.
- Schema design and implementation — Organization, Service, Product, LocalBusiness, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, and industry-specific types, written as JSON-LD, validated against Google's Rich Results Test, and deployed either by us or handed to your dev team as copy-paste-ready code with placement instructions.
- Content restructuring for extractability — Answer-first opening paragraphs, question-format headings, entity definitions, specific data points in place of vague claims, and FAQ sections built from real customer questions. We write it to convert humans, not just to feed crawlers — your client still has to like reading it.
- Technical AEO fixes — Crawler access for GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, Bingbot, and Google-Extended; detection of CDN-level AI bot blocking that silently overrides robots.txt; server-side rendering and prerender fixes for JavaScript-only sites; sitemap and canonical hygiene.
- Monthly white-labeled reporting — Citation frequency and accuracy per engine, factual errors corrected, Search Console AI Overview data, AI referral traffic segmented in GA4, and a plain-language summary of what changed and what's next. Formatted in your template so you can forward it without editing.
- Sales support that stays invisible — Scoping help before you quote, honest feasibility feedback on what a given site can realistically achieve, and — if you want it — a technical person on the client call introduced as part of your team.
- Free AEO check as a lead magnet — Point prospects at our free AEO check to get a 30-second score, or let us run it for you as a prospecting tool. It's the easiest way to start a conversation with a client who thinks their site is fine.
- Straight talk on scope — If a site is too broken for AEO to matter yet, or the client's real problem is something else entirely, we tell you before you sell it. Protecting your relationship matters more to us than one month of fulfillment revenue.
Our Approach
How the Partnership Works
Four steps from first conversation to a repeatable service line.
A 30-minute call to cover your client base, the industries you serve, the deliverable formats you use, and how you want to position AEO. We give you wholesale pricing, realistic timelines, and an honest read on which of your clients are good candidates and which aren't worth the pitch.
We start with one client site so you can see the actual work product before committing to a program. You get the branded audit, the implementation, and the first monthly report. If the quality doesn't match what you'd put your own name on, you walk with no further obligation.
Once the pilot works, we help you package it: what to call the service, how to scope tiers, what to charge, what to promise and what never to promise, and how to answer the objections you'll hear. You get the templates, the pitch language, and the FAQ answers — all under your brand.
Add client sites as you close them. You stay the single point of contact; we operate as your fulfillment team on a predictable monthly cadence. As volume grows, wholesale pricing improves — and we'll tell you when a client needs more than the standard scope rather than quietly under-delivering.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about white-label AEO fulfillment for agencies.
Not unless you want them to. Every deliverable ships in your template with your branding, communication routes through you by default, and nothing we produce references Dallas AI Company. If you'd rather have us on client calls, we join as part of your team.
The one thing we ask is enough site access to do the work — usually CMS or repo access, Search Console, and analytics. That can be provisioned under your agency's accounts.
That's your call, and it depends on your market and positioning. The margin band white-label pricing guides consistently point to is 40–60% gross, from a 50–150% markup over wholesale. At our rates, a $500/month fulfillment cost commonly retails between $1,000 and $2,500/month depending on client size and how much strategy you're layering on.
There's useful context on the demand side too: Conductor found enterprises allocated an average of 12% of digital budget to AEO in 2025 with 94% planning to increase it. If your client already spends on search, AEO is a reallocation conversation rather than a net-new-budget conversation.
Roughly 80% of the practices overlap — good content, technical health, and authority help both. The AEO-specific 20% is what we specialize in: schema depth beyond the basics, content restructured for extractability, entity definition, AI crawler access including CDN-level blocking most people never check, and citation testing across five engines rather than rank tracking.
It's also a different reporting story. There's no ranking to screenshot, so the deliverable is citation frequency and accuracy per engine, AI Overview appearance data, and AI referral segmentation. We build that report so you don't have to invent the format.
No, and we won't let you sell that. Answer engines are non-deterministic — the same question phrased differently returns different results, and retrieval methods change constantly. Any provider guaranteeing AI placements is setting you up for a churned client and a damaged relationship.
What we guarantee is implementation of every practice known to increase citation likelihood, plus monthly measurement so the client sees the trend. The GEO research from Princeton and Georgia Tech (arXiv:2311.09735) found these strategies raised citation rates by up to 40%. That's the honest pitch, and it closes fine.
Audits are one-off with no commitment — many partners start there, sell the audit as a paid deliverable, and use the findings to close a retainer. Managed fulfillment runs on a three-month minimum per site, because meaningful AEO movement genuinely takes a quarter and we'd rather not take money for a month that can't show results.
There's no minimum number of client sites and no exclusivity requirement. Start with one, see the work, expand if it fits.
A white-labeled audit is typically 5–7 business days from site access. Implementation depends on the site: schema and technical fixes usually ship within the first two weeks of a month, and content restructuring runs on a monthly cadence.
For urgent pitch situations, tell us the deadline. We can often accelerate an audit if we know it's tied to a proposal date.
We tell you before you sell it. The common blockers are client-side-only rendering where crawlers see an empty shell, load times over four seconds, no HTTPS, or a CMS that won't allow schema or new pages. In those cases AEO spend is wasted until the foundation is fixed.
We'll scope the fix separately — including migrating app-builder sites to indexable code, which we do regularly — or tell you the account isn't worth pursuing. Protecting your client relationship is worth more to us than one month of fulfillment.
Yes. We're based in Dallas and we work with agencies across the U.S. — the work is remote, the reporting is asynchronous, and the client never needs to know where fulfillment happens.
If you're a DFW agency and want to meet in person, we'd prefer that. Call (214) 974-3505 or reach out to set up a partner call.
